南北关系是国际政治经济关系中一个十分重要的方面。发达国家和发展中国家都从自身经济发展需要的角度出发,重视与对方的经济贸易关系。本文着重分析和研究欧盟与发展中国家合作的几个侧面,从中可以看到欧盟对外经济贸易战略的一些侧重点。

The relationship between developing countries and developed countries, known as South and North relations, is a very important part of the international political and economic relations.Both developed countries and developing countries attach much importance to the economic and trade relationship with each other, from the angle of the need of developing their own economy.This paper puts emphasis on analyzing and studying several aspects in the cooperation between EU and developing countries, from which we can see some main points in the foreign economic and trade strategy of EU.
