论绿色政治的中国化

The Indigenization of Green Politics in China

环境问题的恶化及人们对环境危机的认识,是绿色政治产生的社会基础,也是人类工业文明发展到一定阶段的必然结果,为人类政治的前进带来了新的希望。在欧美国家卓有成效的绿色政治运作方式,即绿党政治运动在中国受到了阻碍。但是,绿党政治不是绿色政治,前者着重的是政党的运做,而后者着重的是一种理念的体现。就中国社会的历史传统、政治体制以及国情而言,绿色政治中国化的一个基本前提就是,承认绿色政治不是一种革命政治,而是一种“恢复政治”。只有如此,绿色政治才有可能在中国获得突破性的进展。

The social foundation of the Green Politics is the worsening of environment and people＇s cognition of the environmental crisis. As also the inevitable result of the development of industrial civilization, the Green Politics will bring hope to human politics. The political movement of the Green Party, which is the fruitful movement mode of Green Politics in Europe and USA, meets obstruction in China. However, the Politics of Green Party isn＇t the Green Politics, for the former pays attention to the political movement and the latter emphasizes the embodiment of the truth. In light of the historical tradition, political system and the situation of China, the basic precondition on which the Green Politics wants to develop in China is to accept the truth that the Green Politics is a renovating politics, not a revolutionary politics.
