摘要
学校伤害事故特别是重大伤害事故的频频发生,校园安全已成为全社会关注的“焦点”.学校意外伤害事故防范体系的构建与实施即根据青少年学生年龄特点、设计和完善有关青少年安全保护的相关制度和措施,确定各学段安全教育目标,形成教育递进层次;建立健全学校突发事件的预警机制和安全救护体系,减少突发事件对学生造成的危害,维护学生的生命安全,将有害学生身心健康的因素和影响减少到最小程度.
As hurt accidents happen frequently in schools, campus safety has become the attention focus of the whole society. It is necessary to set up a keep-away system of hurt accident in schools and put it into practice according to the students＇ age and characteristics. So we must work out corresponding regulations and measures to keep them safe and sound, and define the goal of safety education in each period in school. We should also establish a warning system and rescue system against accidents in schools to reduce the harm to a minimum.
