摘要
21世纪,我国经济持续稳定的增长,为我国中小企业的发展提供了机遇。中小企业有其本身的特点,无任何债务之忧,船小好掉头,发展劲头强劲。但由于中小企业的资金和人才方面有不足之处,加上我国中间商市场发展很快,大经销商越来越多,他们力量越来越大,想控制中小企业为其经营目标服务,中小企业分销渠道建设和分销策略都面临着挑战。
The continuously and steadily increase of China's economy provided opportunities for the development of medium-size and small-size enterprises in 21st century. Medium-size and small-size enterprises have their own characteristics: no debt pressure, flexible run, full of energy. However, because of the shortcoming of capital and human resources, the quick development of middleman market and the powerful big dealers which dealing aim are to control the medium-size and small-size enterprises. They are facing challenges on the marketing channel-buildings and tactics.
