摘要
本文通过对螺旋藻的化学成份及生物价、消化率等的综合分析和评价,阐述了进一步加工利用螺旋藻的合理途径和潜力。
After synthesis analysis and evaluation of Spirulina platersis'chemical component biological value the rate of digestion and so on ,the present paper clarified the reasonable path and potential of further processing and utiliying of this alga.
