摘要
从中国物流运作的实际出发,首次提出了物流能力成熟度模型,将物流能力成熟度分为初始级、基本级、可重复级、定量管理级和优化级,并系统分析了每个等级下的关键活动。结合国内某著名物流企业的服务运作业务对其物流能力成熟度进行了等级确定,为其进一步发展和改善服务能力提供了努力的方向和决策的依据。该物流能力成熟度模型可以进一步应用于以能力为核心的物流服务联盟的组建、运行及协调。
On the basis of the practice of logistics operation in China, Logistics Capability Maturity Model (LCMM )was proposed. In this model, the logistics capability maturity was divided into initial stage, basic one, repetitive one, quantitative management one and optimal one. The key activities under every rank were analyzed. The rank of a company in China was evaluated by LCMM. The evaluated result can be used as an indicator, indicating how this company improves its logistics capability. LMCC can also be used in the establishment, operation and coordination of logistics service alliances centered as the capability.
