摘要
企业归核化发展是企业核心能力的调整过程,是为了取得和保持企业核心能力的持续竞争性。为此对企业归核化发展途径进行了阐述,针对企业如何主动性地进行业务或资产规模的缩减,提出了企业归核化战略设计的一个有用的分析决策工具——价值链分析,而且对企业实施归核化成长战略的个案进行了实证研究。
Cooperate reforce development is thought an adjustment process of the core competence in enterprises for the realization of their sustainable competence. An effective analysis, value chain analysis, was brought forward to reforce strategic frame concerning how enterprises cut short their business or asset scale initiatively. A case of implementing reforce growth strategy was empirically studied.
