摘要
用热分析法测定铸铁的白口倾向在理论上是可行的,可以取代炉前观察试块.使用配有Apple—Ⅱ型微机的热分析装置寻找冷却曲线下与白口倾向有关的特征值,发现白口倾向与热效应面积(SE)、共晶长度(LE)、液相线温度(TL)三个特征值有关.得到了计算白口倾向的数学模型,在生产中应用表明,其误差小于10%.
It is feasible to determine the chilling tendency by using thermal analysis instead of
chill observation block.With the aid of apple-H micro-computer thermal analysis de-
vice,the characteristic values at cooling curve were investigated which could represent the
chilling tendency of cast iron, it has been found that there are 3 characteristic values
which has close relationship with the chilling tendency,namely the area of heat release (SE),
the length of eutectic (LE),the temperatureof liquidus (TL) .A mathematical model coun-
ting chilling tendency was obtained and opproved by foundry with the deviationless than 10%
