摘要
碳酸盐岩酸化过程中极易形成酸蚀孔洞,影响施工效果。基质酸化时,酸蚀蚓孔的形成将增加基质的孔隙度,沟通天然裂缝,在碳酸盐岩基岩中产生负表皮效应,降低近井带的渗流阻力;而在酸压过程中,酸蚀蚓孔的形成导致酸液急剧滤失,严重降低酸液有效穿透距离。文中从酸蚀蚓孔滤失机理、酸液滤失控制方法等多方面进行了论述,讨论了有效控制酸液滤失的方法和工艺措施,并对碳酸盐岩油藏酸化提出了合理的建议。
The wormhole is easy to be formed in the process of carbonate acidizing, which has an important impact on the effects of treatment. Studying the acid loss mechanism and designing the controlling acid loss method are significant to improve the effects of acidizing fracturing. This article discusses such aspects: the acid wormholes forming, the acid loss mechanisms and the controlling acid loss, the method of controlling acid loss and the latest advanced technology and so on. Meanwhile, some practical proposals are put forward for carbonate acidizing.
