进入新的历史发展阶段后,我们党面临着更加严峻的考验,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,大力加强执政能力的建设。要以宽广的眼界去把握世界动态和国内形势,提高应对复杂局面的能力;要加强党的自身建设,依法执政;要坚定不移地实施科教兴国和人才强国战略,为提高党的执政能力,为全面建设小康社会提供思想和人才基础。

After entering the new historical developing period, our Party are confronted with more rigorous tests. Therefore, we must , under the guidance of the important thought of Three Represents, make great efforts to strengthen the construction of our Party＇s ruling ability. We should hold the world trends and domestic situations with a wide outlook and try to strengthen the ability to deal with complex situations. We should enhance the self- construction of our Party and rule in accordance with the law. We should firmly implement the strategy of strengthening the nation through science and education and through talents so that we can lay the foundations of ideology and talents in strengthening the Party＇s ruling ability and in fully constructing the better - off society.
