戊型肝炎疫苗研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 戊型肝炎由戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)所致,通过粪-口途径传播,主要流行于发展中国家,占亚热带地区急性肝炎一半左右,是东南亚、中亚、北美及中东地区急性肝炎主要原因[1].散发性戊型肝炎在欧洲、美国及日本等发达国家已获证实.戊型肝炎死亡率通常较低,但是孕妇感染后常发生暴发性肝功能衰竭,其死亡率26.9%左右[2],并可能导致慢性肝脏疾病患者肝功能恶化,老年人会出现致命性的暴发性肝炎.为了阻断发展中国家HEV的流行,同时为到该地区旅游者提供保护,世界各国的科学家在疫苗研究方面做了大量细致的工作,现对近来的研究作一综述.
