摘要
文章在以往的研究基础上,构建了一套知识管理项目绩效评估指标,并针对该评价体系存在的主观判断模糊性和信息不完全的特点,运用模糊数学和灰色系统理论,提出了知识管理项目绩效的灰色模糊综合评价模型,并结合具体算例,证明了该模型的有效性。
For the purpose to evaluate the performance of knowledge management projects, this paper builds an index system on the foundation of past research. Then, according to the ambiguity indefinite index information in the system, the method of gray relativity analysis is used to handle system comprehensive analysis. Finally, the model is illustrated with a numercial example.
