摘要
文章系统地对传统的绩效考评方法作了描述、评价,并依据中国传统文化中的整体思维提出了一种综合的思维方式运用于绩效考核方法中。
The present article presents a systematical description and evaluation on the traditional methods of achievement assessment, and concludes that there is not a general method applied to any circumstance. Eventually, the present author suggests a new thinking pattern comprehensive method, a method from Chinese traditional culture.
