紫外光接枝法制备聚丙烯荷电膜及其性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚丙烯中空纤维膜(PP膜)为基体,以二苯甲酮(BP)为光敏剂,采用紫外光辐照方法,接枝了丙烯酸(AAc)单体,制得了荷负电膜。结果表明,光敏剂(BP)和AAc单体质量分数分别为4%~6%和15%左右、光照时间为25~30min是较适宜的条件。膜吸水率、通量随接枝率增加而增大,当接枝率为17%左右时达到最大。膜通量随pH值增大而减小,PP-g-AAc膜是一种pH敏感的具有“开关”作用的智能膜。 By ultraviolet-induced(UV-induced) graft polymerization, benzophenone (BP) as a photo-initiator, acrylic acid (AAc) was grafted onto the porous polypropylene (PP) hollow fiber membrane. Results show that concentration of AAc and BP are 15% and 4% -6% respectively, the time of UV-indueed 25 - 30 rain is appropriate. Pure water permeability and rate of absorbing increase with inereasing degree of grafting. When the degree of grafting is about 17%, they reach the maximum. And the pure water permeahility decrease with increasing of pH. The PP-g-AAc is a “switch-intelligence” membrane.
