摘要
采用超声波技术清洗由啤酒发酵液污染的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜,实验中所用的超声波频率为40kHz,超声波的强度为1.43~2.85W/cm^2。实验结果表明:超声波辅助水洗只能部分恢复膜的水通量,而且超声波强度的提高,只是缩短了达到水通量恢复率的清洗时间;而超声波辅助NaOH+sDs+H_2O_2混合洗液化学清洗的效果较好,在强度为2.85 W/cm^2的超声波辅助作用下,清洗10 min其水通量恢复率达到93%。
Ultrasound (US) cleaning technique is applied to remove the fouling of PVDF microfiltration membrane, as rough beer is permeated by dead-end filtration. The ultrasound employed has a frequency of 40 kHz and the output power of 1.43 - 2.85 W/cm^2. The evolution of the cleaning effect is followed by the measurements of the flux recovery rate and the cleaning time. Results show that the fouled membrane property can be recovered partly by water cleaning with US irradiation,and the cleaning time decreases with the increase of US intensity. In addition, it is found that chemical cleaning with US irradiation can distinctly enhanced the cleaning efficiency, which is able to restore 93% of the original membrane's water permeability within 10 min when a mixture of NaOH + SDS + H202 with the output power of 2.85 W/cm^2 US irradiation is used to clean the fouled membrane.
