FRC路面配合比设计

摘要 从普通水泥混凝土路面的基本要求可知:混凝土路面要有较高的弯拉强度,较低的弹性模量和良好的耐疲劳和抗冲击性能,而纤维混凝土(简称FRC)比普通混凝土具有更优良的动、静力学性能。为了发挥FRC的力学性能,必须有合理的设计配合比。文章以常见的剪切钢纤维和杜拉纤维(Durafibre)为例,设计路面的材料配合比。 From the basic requirement of common cement - concrete mad- surface, it has been learned that concrete mad - surface would have superior flexural and tensile strength, inferior elastic modulus and excellent fatigue shock resistance, however compared with common concrete, FRC has more excellent properties of dynamics and statics. In order to make full use of FRC's properties, we must have suitable proportioning of design. This paper tells us how to make an excellent design of the mixture's proportioning after the realization of the mechanical roperties in making the composite road surface. The author takes the comment shear steel fiber and durafibre as examples and designs the proportioning of materials of the road- surface.
