摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定水中微囊藻毒素的含量。水样经C18柱固相萃取后进行HPLC分析。通过优化固相萃取方法,采用SymmentryC18色谱柱,以甲醇:水(含0.05%三氟乙酸)=60:40(V/V)溶液为流动相,紫外238nm检测。对两种常见微囊藻毒素MC-RR、MC-LR的检测限为0.02-0.05μg/L。实验表明该法可有效检测水样中的痕量微囊藻毒素。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of microcystins in water was described. The water sample was analysed with HPLC after being extracted with solid phased extraction C18 columns in an optimized condition. A Symmentry C18 column was used with a mobile phase of water (containing 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid):methanol= 40 : 60(V/V). With wavelength 238nm microcystins at levels as low as 0.02-0.05 μg/L were determined, Results showed that this method can determine the microcystins in water efficiently.
