Safety design policy of large spherical holder for liquefied petroleum gas

以大型液化石油气球罐为例,通过对液化石油气本身的性质、火灾危险性特征的分析和储存方式的选择,从相关规范的要求入手,考虑工艺技术、设备要求、自动控制、电气和仪表设备选型、平面布置、球罐基础的结构型式和消防配套设施等一系列问题,采取各种相应的安全设计对策,达到确保大型液化石油气球罐的储存和生产安全的目的。

With the help of an example of large spherical holder, safety design policy was taken based on the analysis of liquefied potroleum gas property, fire risk character, storage manner selection,and take consideration of the standard requirment, process, equipments, automatic control,electric and instrumentation selection, layout, fundation structure of spherical holder and the auxilliary fire fighting equipment to realize the safety storage and safety operation of large spherical holder .
