摘要
用AspenPlus流程模拟软件对催化裂化装置主分馏塔进行模拟,检验当提高生产能力时主塔能否承担任务,并分析改造中段冷换设备时,通过重新分配取热负荷提高产品收率的途径。
Simulation for catalytic cracking primary fractionation column with Aspen Plus process simulation software was conducted to verify whether the column can undertake the mission of capacity increasing. In addition, pump arounds heat exchange equipments were analyzed to reapportion heat duty, on purpose of search for the approach to improve product yield.
