摘要
《中华人民共和国宪法(1982)》规定了中国外交的基本原则、国家机构的外交职权、公民涉外的基本权利和义务。研究外交的宪法原则对于我国依法外交具有重要意义。
The Constitution of PRC （1982） stipulates the basic principles of Chinese diplomacy, the diplomatic working scope of states organizations and rights and duties of citizen in matters relating to foreign affairs.
