摘要
为提高混凝土浇筑过程中的安全性,在南京长江三桥北岸连续梁施工中,在移动模架上布置了光纤监测系统,拟订了报警指标与安全控制手段。在混凝土浇筑过程中,实时监测模架关键部位的应力变化情况。评估混凝土浇注过程中的安全性,并在出现不安全苗头时利用实测应力值指导了模架控制。利用该监测系统与控制手段,可有效地降低模架应力值,实现信息化施工,保证了混凝土浇筑施工的安全。
To realize the safety of the concrete pouring, the optical fiber monitoring system was placed in the movable supporting system(MSS) used in the construction of the Third Bridge of Yangtze River, Nanjing. Alarm indexes and safety control measures were drawn out. This provides a real-time monitoring on important parts during pouring and evaluates security of the process. Stress from the monitoring can be used to guide the control of MSS when it is unsafe. With the monitoring system and control measures, stresses of MSS are reduced effectively, the information construction realized and the security of the concrete pouring ensured.
