计及PMU电压和电流量测量的三相状态估计的研究

摘要 基于GPS的同步相量测量单元(PMU)是一种新型的高精度测量装置,能够测量母线电压相量和支路电流相量。提出了基于PMU母线电压量测和支路电流量测的三相状态估计模型,在谐波测量中采用高精度FFT算法,有效地提高了测量精度。提出的基于PMU量测的三相状态估计和谐波状态估计可以从根本上解决电力系统电压、电流非纯正弦和三相不平衡所带来的误差影响,提高了状态估计精度和稳定性,最后讨论了对该算法的评估方法。 Phasor measurement unit (PMU) based on GPS is a new and precise measuring device, which can be used to measure bus voltage phasor and branch current phasor. Three-phase state estimation modeling for bus voltage phasor and branch current phasor with PMU is proposed here, further it points out that measuring precision is effectively enhanced by the application of highly precise FFT calculation method to harmonic measuring. The proposed three-phase state estimation with PMU and harmonic state estimation can radically solve errors brought about by power system voltage, non-sinusoidal current and three-phase unbalance. Thus the state estimation precision of measuring and stability is enhanced and. Finally it discusses the estimation method to this calculation.
