摘要
将临床路径理念引入临床教学工作之中,以临床路径为平台对临床医学生组织教学的方式,即为临床路径式教学;教师素质是教师在教育和管理工作中所具备的思想品质、业务、能力、心理诸多要素的总和,它是医学教育的关键;我们的实践证明,临床路径式教学是促进教师自身综合素质不断提高的重要因素之一.
The teaching method of clinical pathway is introducing the idea of clinical pathway to the procedure of cLinicaL medicine education and organizing teaching for medical students based on the clinical pathway. Teachers' quality is the sum of ideological quality, professionalism, competence and mental status, and it is the key to medical education. Our practice proves that the teaching method of clinical pathway is one of the important factors for improving teachers' comprehensive quality.
