摘要 采用大课堂教学、学生自己模拟病人、见习学生标准化病人(SSP)、见习真实病人四个步骤进行普外科教学.通过四个步骤的学习,大部分学生能在较长时间内比较全面地记住所学过的疾病的临床症状和体征.表明采用四步法进行教学可以明显地促进学生对疾病临床症状和体征的理解和记忆. Objective In order to intensify students' memory in the symptoms and signs of diseases they studied. Methods Four teaching steps included lectures, patient simulation by students themselves, preliminary practice on the students standardized patient (SSP) and real patients were applied in the process of general surgery teaching. Results Studying through these four steps, most students could memorize the symptoms and signs of disea.ses they studied in its entirety in a long time. Conclusion Applying four steps method to teaching can help students understand and memorize the symptoms and signs of diseases they studied rernarkably.
