摘要
针对当前配电台区营销管理存在的问题进行了讨论,并结合台区营销精细化管理的实践提出了具体有效的工作思路,对建立承包责任制的台区营销精细化管理模式进行了建设性的探讨。
The problems existing in present distribution unit-area sales management were discussed, and in connection with the practice in the meticulous unit-area sales management, the practical working idea was raised. A constructive discussion about establishing the management model of meticulous unit-area sales management of contractual responsibility was held.
