一种数据传输与显示的抗干扰设计

摘要 钢铁工业现场数据传输距离远,电磁干扰严重,而信息传输的实时性要求高,如何有效而可靠地传输信息,是能否保证生产连续性的一个关键问题,也是各钢厂亟待解决的难题之一.针对钢铁厂从钢坯快速化验分析中心到炼钢炉前的数据传输中存在的问题,从供电系统、过程通道、长距离通信、印刷电路板4个方面提出了抗干扰措施. The qualities of this steel industrical process are:the long transmission distance (above 1500 metres),the serious interference of the electromagnetic wave,the superior requirements of the real-time in the data transmission.How to transfer data effeciently and safely is a criti- cal problem which can decide if we can ensure the continuity of the production,it is also a dif- ficult problem that all steel factories are anxious to solve.A series anti-disturburance meth- ods which just aim at the data transfering from the quick billet testing and analysing center to the steelmaking store in the steel factory is provided.
