致倦库蚊幼虫中枢神经系统的乙酰胆碱酯酶定位观察

摘要 目的:观察致倦库蚊幼虫中枢神经系统结构。方法:用硫代胆碱整体染色法定位乙酰胆碱酯酶。结果:致倦库蚊幼虫中枢神经系统是由脑和位于消化道腹面的腹神经索构成。脑较发达,包括前脑、中脑和后脑;腹神经索包括食道下神经节,3对胸神经节和8对腹神经节。结论:乙酰胆碱酯酶组化定位法可清楚显示致倦库蚊幼虫的神经系统结构。 Objective: To observe the structure of the central nervous system of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae. Methods: Acetylcholinesterase was localized in the mosquito central nervous system by thiocholine method. Results: the central nervous system of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae includes brain and the ventral ganglions. The brain was composed of protocerebrum, deutocerebrum and tritocerebrum; and the ventral nerve cords located under the ventral of digestive tract, including the suboesophageal ganglion, three pairs of thoracic ganglions and eight pairs of abdominal ganglions. Conclusion: the central nervous system of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae was clearly showed in this study.
