妇科再造丸镇痛、抗炎、止血作用的实验研究

A Research on The Effects of Analgesia,Anti-inflammation And Hemostasia of Fu-Ke-Zai-Zao Pill

目的:证实妇科再造丸是否具有镇痛、抗炎及止血作用,为临床应用提供药理学依据。方法:采用热板法、扭体法以及用缩宫素致小鼠实验性痛经模型进行实验,观察妇科再造丸的镇痛作用;采取二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿、小鼠棉球肉芽肿模型观察该药的抗炎作用;采用断尾法、毛细玻管法以及玻片法观察该药对小鼠出凝血时间的影响。结果:妇科再造丸能提高热刺激所致小鼠的痛阈值,能减少醋酸、缩宫素所致小鼠的扭体次数,能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿以及棉球所致小鼠肉芽增生,同时能缩短小鼠的出凝血时间。结论:妇科再造丸具有镇痛、抗炎及止血作用。

Objective： To confirm if Fu-Ke-Zai-Zao pill （FKW） have the function of analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia, and providing pharmacology evidence for clinical use of FKW. Methods： The analgesia effect was tested with hot-plate procedure, acetic acid induced twisting response, and female mouse dysmenorrhea model; The effect of relieving acute and chronic inflammation was tested with xylene induced ear swelling model, toma and cotton model; The effect of FKW on carrageenan induced foot swelling model, and dry aces-bleeding time and clotting time was observed with cutting tail procedure, glass capillary procedure, and glass slice procedure. Results： FKW improved the pain threshold value of mice in hot-plate procedure group, decreased twist times of mice in twisting response group and female mouse dysmenorrhea model, restrained ear and foot swelling to some degree, decreased the weight of acestoma, and reduced the time span of bleeding and clotting remarkably. Conclusion： FKW has significant effects of analgesia, anti-inflammation and hemostasia on experimental mice.
