嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌院内感染的耐药分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the antibiotic sensitivity of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolated from clinical patients

摘要 目的:分析临床分离的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的药敏试验结果和耐药情况。方法:收集临床分离的128株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,以法国生物梅里埃公司生产的VITEK细菌鉴定药敏系统进行菌株鉴定和药敏试验,部分药敏试验结果用K-B法。结果:我院嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌以痰标本中分离比例最高,其后依次为尿液和血液,对抗菌药物敏感率依次为替卡西林/棒酸(96.09%)左旋氧氟沙星(84.38%)头孢吡啶(75.78%)哌拉西林(75.78%)和头孢他啶(72.66%)。其中10种抗生素耐药率>60%。结论:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌主要引起呼吸系统的感染,多重耐药情况严重。对其引起感染的治疗应重视监测药敏试验结果,根据药敏试验结果选择抗菌药物,合理应用抗生素。 Objective: To study the antimicrobial susceptibility and drug tolerance of the clinical isolated Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. Methods: Isolation and identification of Stenotrophomonas mlltophilia were conduced vith Bio-Merieux products VITEK all-automatic microbiology analysis system. Disc diffusion test was partly used by K-B method. Results: The separated proportion of Stenogophomonas maltophilia was most highest in sputum, in turn was in urine and blood. Drug-sensitive test showed that:The sensitive rate of Stenotrophomonas mltophilia to Ticarcillin/Clavulanic Acid, I^vofloxacin. Cefepime, Piperacillin, Ceftazidime was 96.09%, 84.38%, 75.78%, 75.78%, 72.66%. Conclusion: Stenotrophomonas mltophilia mainly caused respiralory tract infection in patients and multidrug resistance serious. In treating Stenotrophomonas maltrophilia infection, antimicrobial drugs should be selected according to the results of antimicrobial susceptibility test, the appropriate use of antibiotics must be strengthened.
