导航技术应用于慢性腰背痛的微创治疗 被引量:1

Clinical technique of chronic lumbodorsal pain treatment assisted by computer aided spine navigation system

摘要 脊柱导航系统(computeraidedspinenavigationsystem,CASNS)可以让医生在治疗操作过程中能清晰准确地掌握当时的操作状态以及下一步的进入位置,避免出现操作和定位错误,可显著提高成功率。CASNS以其数字模拟、成像清晰、操作方便、靶点准确、无放射性伤害且有利于教学而深受欢迎。相信随着实践的不断深入和经验的积累,该项技术必将推动我国疼痛治疗学不断进步和发展,CASNS应用前景极为乐观。本文简要介绍导航下慢性腰背痛的临床治疗技术。 Computer aided spine navigation system(CASNS) could aid clinicians to know the accurate operating status and the next location among the curative handling, and avoid the mistakes of operative and taget location and increase the achievement ratio analog, clear imaging, convenient operation, accurate significantly. CASNS is popular as the forte of digital targets, no radiation damage and convenience for teaching. It is believed that the item of technic would promote the ache-therapeutics of our country to progress and develop inevitably, along with the practices penetrated deeply and experiences accumulated, and the application prospect of CASNS is optimistic.This article introduces the clinical technique of chronic lumbodorsal pain treatment assisted by this navigation system.
