摘要
随着以计算机为基础的信息技术的飞速发展,企业人力资源信息化管理的进程不断加快。在现代信息技术的基础上,用先进的绩效管理理念进行绩效管理信息系统的设计,以实现企业对员工绩效的信息化管理,从而充分发挥企业人力资源的效能,提高企业的核心竞争力。
With the rapid development of the information technology based on computer, the HRM in formation process speeds up continually. The paper, using advanced performance management theory,discusses the way to design the performance management information system on the basis of the modern information technology, which is in favor of realizing information management for the staff performance of the enterprise and improving the core-competence of the enterprise by fully utilizing the human resources.
