Abstract This paper is the second in a series of papers on the same topic[1]. In there, we use a parallel preconditioner based on local approximated Green function for some Krylov subspace methods, such as GMRES, Orthomin, GCR etc, and construct new preconditioned algorithms especially efficient for solving non self-conjugate elliptic partial deferential equations. The acceleration efficience of the preconditioner is analysized quantitatively there. The comparison and contrastof these preconditioned algorithms are given at the end of the paper.
