摘要
通过对两种分离方法即石墨化碳黑分析柱与PLOT A l2O 3“S”分析柱分离情况比较,选择采用PLOT A l2O 3“S”毛细管柱二阶程序升温法分离,不分流进样,火焰离子化检测器测定1-丁烯的纯度及烃类杂质含量,用面积归一法定量。此方法灵敏度高,准确度及精密度均符合要求。
In this article, two kinds of isolation method graphitized carbon black column and PLOT Al2O3“S”column are contrasted. Two steps temperature programmable mode with PLOT Al2O3 “S” capillary column, splitless stream sampling and FID detector are adopted to measure the purity of alpha-butylene and content of other hydrocarbon impurity. Finally, using area normalization method to make quantitative analysis, the sensitivity of this method is high and the accuracy and precision both meet the requirement.
