农药中间体N-(2-甲基-6-乙基)苯基-氯乙酰胺的气相色谱分析

Analytical Method of N-(2-methyl-6-ethyl)Phenyl-chloroacetamide by GC

本文叙述了采用气相色谱法即用5%OV-101/ChromosorbWAWDMCS(154～180μm)的玻璃填充柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对N-(2-甲基-6-乙基)苯基-氯乙酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的标准偏差为0.2736,变异系数为0.2874%,平均回收率为99.56%,线性相关系数为0.9997。

A analytical method was introduced for the quantitative analysis of N-（2-methyl-6- ethyl） phenyl-chloroacetamide by gas chromatography with 5%0V-101/ Chromosorb W AW DMCS （154-180μm） glass column and dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.273 6, the variation coefficient was 0.287 4%, the average recovery was 99.56%, liner correlation was 0.999 7 respectively.
