Characteristics and Analysis on Blended Coal Burning in DG1025 t/h Boiler

通过研究混煤在大型锅炉的应用,提出两种成分相差较大的不同煤种的混合比例,使混煤的燃烧特性接近锅炉设计燃用煤种,探讨混煤对锅炉燃烧工况的影响,并进行混煤燃烧的优化调整。经过一年多的大规模应用,采用混煤的办法可以使锅炉适用与设计煤种差异较大的不同煤种,混煤燃烧有较好的安全性,但经济性稍差。

By the research of application of blended coal in large-scale boiler ,this paper raised the blending proportion of two coals with different compositions ,in order to make the characteristics of blended coal near the designed coal,and it discussed the influence of blended coal on boiler＇s burning condition and made research on optimal adjustment combustion of blended coal. After more than one year＇s wide application, boilers can burn coals whose compositions are far different from the designed one by the method of blended coal. The burning of blended coal is safe, but is less economical.
