摘要
介绍江阴苏龙发电有限公司330 MW脱硫工程中吸收塔石膏浆液pH和脱硫工程中吸收塔液位控制的工艺特性和基本原理,论述了吸收塔石膏浆液pH和吸收塔液位自动控制策略确定的过程,并根据影响吸收塔液位的其它因素,针对现场实际情况对该策略进行修正,以满足实际的工作要求。
This paper introduced the characteristics of the technology and the basic principle of the gypsum liquid pH and liquid level regulation in absorption tower of 330 MW desulphurization process in the Jiangyin Sulong Power Generation Co. Ltd. And it also discussed the process of determining the gypsum liquid pH of absorption tower and the method of antomatic regulation of liquid level. According to other factors that affect the liquid level of absorption tower and the spot situation,the author modified this method in order to satisfy the need in work.
