摘要 目的建立佐匹克隆溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱法.方法使用CP Select 624毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,FID检测器,顶空进样法进行测定.结果氯仿、二氧六环和二甲基甲酰胺能得到有效分离且无干扰;在6.68~53.44、33.12~264.96和110.52~884.16μg/ml浓度范围内,氯仿、二氧六环和二甲基甲酰胺均呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为102.4%(RSD=3.85%)、103.7%(RSD=2.98%)和96.8%(RSD=0.96%).结论方法简便、准确,可作为佐匹克隆溶剂残留的检验方法. Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual solvent in Zopiclone. Method The CP Select 624 capillary column was used. A temperature procedure was used. It was determinated by HS-GC and FID as its detector. Results Chloroform, Dioxane and DMF were separative well. The linear response range of them were 6.68 -53.44μg/ml, 33.12 -264.96 μg/ml and 110.52 - 884.16μg/ml respectively,the average recovery were 102.4% ( RSD = 3.85% ) , 103.7% ( RSD = 2.98% ) and 96.8% (RSD = 0.96% ) respectively. Conclusion The method was simple, cleanly, accurate and can be used for the control of residual solvent in Zopiclone.
