消炎灵片质量标准研究

Studies on the quality standards of XiaoYanling Tablets

目的提高消炎灵片的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别玄参、肿节风;用高效液相色谱法测定肿节风中异秦皮啶含量。结果平均回收率为99.28%,RSD为1.86%。定性定量方法简便,准确,专属性强。结论建立的方法可更有效的控制消炎灵片的质量。

Objective Establish the quality standards for XiaoYanling Tablets. Methods Radix Scrophulariae, Herba Sarcandrae in XiaoYanling Tablets were identified by TLC. The content of lsofraxidin in XiaoYanling Tablets was determined by HPLC with an average recovery of 99.28% and RSD of 1.86%. Results These method are simple and accurate with a strong specificity. Conclusion These method can be used for the quality control of XiaoYanling Tablets.
