磷酸川芎嗪片工艺及溶出度研究

Study on Process and Dissolution of Ligustrazine Phosphate Tablets

目的通过优化磷酸川芎嗪片的处方和生产工艺,改善磷酸川芎嗪片的溶出度。方法采用紫外分光光度法对产品进行检测,UV检测波长为295 nm。结果加速实验结果表明,产品溶出度优良,其它各项指标均符合国家标准要求。结论该工艺简单易控,产品的溶出度远高于国家标准要求,且随时间的增加溶出度波动性很小。

Objective The dissolution of Ligustrazine Phosphate tablets was improved after the optimization of prescription and process. Methods The lablets were detected with the method of UV. The wavelength of detection was 295 nm. Results Results of accelerated lest revealed that specificalions of the made tablets conformed Io the National Standard and, the dissolution was excellent, Conclusion The process and the product quality were easy to operate and control. The dissolution numerical value was more excellent than state standard.
