背景音业务实现方案的研究与分析

摘要 首先介绍了背景音业务的特征,然后从触发方式、智能签约用户如何使用该业务以及该业务对话路路由的影响三个方面对背景音业务的三种实现方案进行了分析比较,得出交换机IVR方案更适合目前的网络现状以及更适应市场需求的结论,并以一个成功案例对此进行了说明。 Firstly, this paper introduces the service feature of Background Sound Service. Then, it analyzes three kinds ofirnplementation schemes of Background Music Service and compares their characteristics in three aspects: trigger mode, how subscribers use this service, the influence to the telephone route. It draws the conclusion that one of the implementation schemes called Switch IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is much more suitable for the current network status and the requirements of market. Aider that, a successful case applying the Switch IVR scheme is demonstrated.
