氟哌啶醇对离体灌注兔心脏电生理参数的影响

摘要 目的研究氟哌啶醇(Hal)对离体兔心脏电生理参数的影响。方法使用Langendorff离体灌注兔心脏模型,观察用含Hal的K-H灌注液灌注兔心脏时,对离体兔心脏电生理参数的影响。结果和对照组相比较,Hal 0.75μmol组和1.50μmol组在用药后,HR显著减慢(P<0.01),ADT、VDT均显著提高(P<0.01),ARRP、AERP、VRRP、VERP均显著延长(P<0.05,P<0.01);和Hal 0.75μmol组相比较,Hal 1.50μmol组在用药后,HR显著减慢(P<0.01),ADT、VDT无显著变化,ARRP、AERP、VRRP、VERP均显著延长(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论Hal能直接作用于心脏,具有降低心房和心室舒张期阈值,呈剂量依赖性减慢心率,延长兔心房、心室不应期的作用。 Objective To study the effects of haloperidol on electrophysiologic parameters of isolated and perfused rabbit heart. Methods The isolated rabbit hearts were perfused with Krebs-Henseleit (K-H) perfusion liquid at 10 rain and with K- H perfusion liquid with haloperidol at 10 rain, 25 rain and 45 rain. The effects of haloperidol on the electrophysiologic parameters of the isolated rabbit hearts were observed respectively. Results Compared with control group, in Hal 0.75 μmol group and Hal 1.5 μmol group, at 10 rain, 25 rain and 45rain post-drug, HR decreased significantly (P〈0.01); ADT, VDT increased significantly (P〈0. 01); ARRP, AERP, VRRP, and VERP were prolonged significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with Hal 0.75 μmol group, at 10 min, 25 rain and 45rain post-drug in Hal 1.5μmol group, HR decreased significantly (P〈0.01); ADT and VDT had nosignificant change (P〉0.05); ARRP, AERP, VRRP, and VERP were prolonged significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Haloperidol might have effects of increasing ADT and VDT, decreasing HR and prolonging ARRP, AERP, VRRP and VERP in a concentration-dependent manner with direct action on rabbit's heart.
