血管内皮生长因子的表达与结肠癌生物学行为及预后的关系(附160例分析)

Relationship of the expression of VEGF and biological behavior and prognosis of colon carcinoma

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌中的表达及其与结肠癌生物学行为及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色(SP)法,检测160例结肠癌手术标本中VEGF的表达,并将检测结果与随访资料进行分析。结果160例结肠癌组织中VEGF表达阳性率为47.5%。VEGF的表达与结肠癌浸润深度(P<0.01),淋巴结转移率(P<0.01)及患者的5年生存率有密切关系。结论VEGF的表达与结肠癌的浸润、转移及预后有密切关系,可以作为判断结肠癌生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in colon carcinoma, and the relationship of the expression and the behavior and prognosis of colon carcinoma. Methods The expression of VEGF was studied in 160 cases of colon carcinoma with immunohistochemical technique. Meanwhile, the results of the detection and the accompanying material were analysed. Results Seventy-six cases of colon carcinoma speciments（47.5%）were positive for VEGF and the expression of VEGF was correlated with depth of invasion（P〈0.01）, lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）, and the five-year-surviral rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of VEGF is closely related to growth,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of colon carcinoma.
