摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT在急腹症诊断中的价值。方法对经CT检查并被手术、病理证实的49例急腹症病例进行分析与研究。结果CT对急腹症病因诊断有较高的准确性。结论对急腹症病因的早期诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义,它使急腹症病员能够得到及时有效治疗,故有很重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the value of computer tomography （CT） in differential diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods Fourty-nine cases with acute abdomen examined with CT and proved by operations and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT had high accuracy to diagnosis the acute abdomen and had great significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen. Conclusion Computer tomography scan is a valuable method for marking incorrect diagnosis of acute abdomen.
