乳头溢液137例分析

Analyseis of 137 cases of nipple discharge

目的探讨乳头溢液的病因和临床意义。方法回顾性分析137例病理性乳头溢液的临床资料。结果137例乳头溢液中,乳腺癌占10.9%,导管内乳头状瘤53.3%,乳腺增生症15.3%,导管扩张症11.7%,乳腺炎8.8%。结论乳头溢液涂片检查对诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤、预防和早期诊断乳腺癌具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate pathogeny and clinical significance of nipple discharge. Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases of pathological nipple discharge were analyzed retrospectively. Results The histological types of nipple discharge were breast carcinoma （10.9%）, intraductal papilloma （53.3%）, hyperplasia of mammary gland （15.3%）, duct ectasia （11.7%）, and mastitis （8.8 %）. Conclusion Cytology of nipple secretion has important significance in diagnosing breast intraductal papilloma, preventing and diagnosing breast carcinoma early.
