Clinical value of CR system in image formation of 67 cases of pneumothorax in neonates

目的探讨CR在新生儿气胸诊断中的价值。方法选择67例新生儿气胸的CR片与同期的常规平片进行对照分析。结果66例CR片能清晰显示各类气胸,而常规平片漏诊5例,不确定诊断9例。结论CR利用后处理技术产生的高质量图像,能及时正确地诊断新生儿气胸,优于常规平片。

Objective To study clinical value of CR system in diagnosis of pneumothorax in neonates. Methods CR system characters of 67 cases of pneumothorax in neonates were analyzed comparatively with that of the conventional X-ray films taken at the same time. Results Sixty-six cases could show clearly in CR system, while there were five cases misdiagnosed and nine cases uncertain in conventional X-ray films. Conclusion In diagnosis of pneumothorax in neonates, CR system is superior to the conventional X-ray films owing to highquality of image-dealing technology.
