摘要
以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,经亚硝化、还原、乙酰化、缩合、水解、脱羧反应制得3-(2-氧代1,2-二氢喹啉-4基)丙氧酸,总收率为41.5%,含量为98.7%。合成工艺简单易操作,适合工业化生产。
2-Amino-3-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolin-4-yl) propanoic acid is synthesized from diethyl malonate through nitrosation, acetylate, condensation and hydrolization reaction. The overall yield is 41.5%, the purity is 98. 7%. This simple synthetic procedure may be applied to a manufacture scale.
