摘要
提出一种盘形凸轮三维通用设计方法———可变截面扫描成型法。该方法利用PRO/E的尺寸相关性和关系工具,给出了借助该软件进行盘形凸轮三维实体造型的通用方法。该方法首先利用从动件的位移数据表创建图形特征,然后利用该图形特征及关系式创建可变截面扫描曲面,这样便得到凸轮的轮廓曲面。最后由该轮廓曲面创建拉伸实体得到凸轮实体模型。利用此方法建立的凸轮实体精度高,并可进行有限元分析和加工仿真。
The Var Sec Sweep molding method, a universal 3-D design method for disc cam, is presented. By using PRO/E's dimension relativity and relation tools, the general technique of the 3-D design of disc cam is described. First, the method make use of displacement data form of driven member to create graphics characteristic, then take advantage of the graphics and relation to create Var Sec Sweep surface, this surface is the profile surface of disc cam. In the end, the disc cam solid is obtained by extruding the profile surface. The disc cam solid constructed with the method can be made by finite elements analysis and precise manufacturing simulation.
