摘要
数字电子调速器是实现直列柱塞泵柴油机电子控制的有效方案。介绍了利用线性比例电磁铁作为执行器,以M ortoro la的M C 9S12DP 256 M CU为主控芯片,在CodeW arrier集成开发环境下开发了相应的控制程序,实现了柴油机的数字调速,并应用于LR 6105Q柴油机。测试结果表明,发动机稳态调速率小于2.5%,符合各类常规设备动力的调速要求;发动机的两级调速转矩特性符合车辆的动力特性要求。
Digital electronic governor is a valid solution to realizing electronic control on diesel engine. In this paper, a digital electronic governor is designed and applied to LR6105Q engine. The actuator of this governor is linear proportional magnet. The main chip of ECU is Mortorola's Mcgs12DP256 MCU. The control program is developed with CodeWorrier. The test data of engine show that the steady state governing rate is less than 2.5%, which satisfies the demand of normal equipment. The torque figure of this engine in two-range governor mode satisfies the dynamic demand of vehicles.
