摘要
介绍双水内冷发电机内冷水系统的结构特点、腐蚀机理和水质处理的原理方法。该技术选用特殊的离子交换树脂,并采用独特的床体结构,使内冷水处理后各项指标得以调节,减缓了发电机铜线棒的腐蚀。因该系统无需加药,补水大大减少,故节省了人力和物力。经在100 MW发电机内冷水系统应用,处理后水质达新国标要求。
This paper introduced the structure characteristic, corrasion mechanism and principle of inner water treatment in turbo-generator with inner watercooling for stator and rotor. The technology introduced in this paper use specificion exchange resin, and adopt unique resin structure to regulate water quality of the treated inner water, and then decelerate corrasion rate of generator. In this system, no additional agent is needed, and makeup water reduced, so it saving manpower and material resources. With this technology the quality of treated inner water in 100 MW generator reached requirement in new national standard.
