The Study on the Corrosion of Boiler Pipe in Fossil-Fired PowerPlants

锅炉管子故障是造成火电机组强迫停机的主要原因。导致锅炉管子发生故障有诸多原因,本文着重分析了管子水侧腐蚀的机理、原因,并提出相应对策。为电厂的运行、维护、化学监督和管理人员预防锅炉管子故障提供参考。

The forced outage of fossil-fired power machines is mainly caused by the failure of boiler pipe. Many factors can result in boiler pipe failure. This paper emphatically analyses the mechanism and cause of water corrcsion in the pipe and raises a countermeasure additionally. It has provided some use for reference for the operation, maintenance and chemical supervising of the power plant and for management stuff who prevent the failure of boiler pipe.
